3 cups Cake Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 cups Refined Sugar
1 tsp Iodized Salt
1 tbsp Matcha Powder
1.5 cup Canola Oil
1 cup Evaporated Milk
0.5 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 pcs Large eggs
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Matcha Cream Cheese Frosting
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Cream Cheese
0.25 cup Evaporated Milk
5 cups Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Iodized Salt
1 tbsp Matcha Powder
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Cupcake Base

Pre-heat oven up to 300 °F.

Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners

Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bow. Cake flour, sugar, baking soda, iodised salt and matcha powder. Mix all together and set aside.

Put the the canola oil in the mixer bowl.

Start the mixer at low speed and add eggs one at a time.

Add the apple cider vinegar

Add the dry ingredients alternating it with the evaporated milk

Add the vanilla extract

Mix until well combined

Scoop the batter on to the cupcake pan. Use an ice cream scoop to make evenly sized cupcakes.

Matcha Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream together butter and cream cheese for about 2 minutes.

At low speed, add slowly 2 cups of powdered sugar until well incorporated.

Add alternately the milk and the rest of the powdered sugar.

Mix until well combined.

Add the salt, vanilla extract and matcha powder.

Mix about 30 seconds or well combined. Do NOT over mix.
