30g Unsalted Butter
60g Refined Sugar
1pc Eggs
30g All Purpose Flour

Brownie Base

Preheat oven to 350 °F and prepare a 9-inch baking pan by brushing with vegetable shortening

In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and then set aside.

In another bowl, combine chocolates and butter and melt over a saucepan with simmering water.

Add sugar until to combine.

Turn off the stove. Add alternately - eggs one at a time and flour mix to combine. Do not over mix.

Cream Cheese Mixture

Cream cheese and butter until well combined.

Add sugar and cream together.

Add flour and eggs until well combined. Do not over mix.

Putting it all together

Pour the brownie base into the prepared pan.

Pour and spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool in pan for 30 minutes before transferring to a rack to cool completely.
