When should I order my cake?

To avoid disappointment, we suggest providing 8-12 weeks notice for wedding cakes and 5-10 days for corporate, birthday and other occasion cakes depending on the complexity of the design and quantity of order.

How do I order a cake?

After we received your enquiry or request for for quote, we will send you a quotation based on the information you have provided.

Once you are happy with quotation and would like to proceed with ordering, just reply via email to confirm the order.

Please note that we may decline your order due to our availability and no email confirmation means that you will not proceed with your order.

Are your cakes Vegan, Gluten Free or Dairy Free?

NO, our cakes may contain nuts, eggs, sesame, dairy, gluten, soy, fruit and wheat. 

Do you deliver?

Yes, only on weeknights and weekends. Delivery fee will depend on your venue location and it starts at $30.

How do I pay for my order?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least two weeks prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received 50% non- refundable deposit.  Payment can be made by direct deposit, cash or Paypal/Square (incurs 2.4% fee).  Cake orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice require payment in full at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.  Event dates are held for you through the date of your quote, and five (5) business days afterwards. If we do not receive a 50% deposit within five (5) business days of your quote, your date may become unavailable. This also expires your quotation.  You may need a re-quote if you still require my service after the five (5) business days.

How much will I pay for a cake?

Because our cakes are completely custom made, and priced individually by the complexity of their design, we do not have a standard price list. For fully decorated cake with dark chocolate ganache covered in fondant cake, price start from $130, 6 inch round diameter x 6 inch tall, feeding 10 serves). For 3D carved cakes, like bags, balls, characters, cars, price starts from $300. Refer to the price estimates below:

Price estimate for Ganache or Buttercream Round cakes:

6″ diameter x 6″ high cake – starts at $100

8″ diameter  x 6″ high cake – starts at $130

10″ diameter x 6″ high cake – starts at $200

Price includes some 2D fondant decorations if required, drip for drip cakes, or simple painting or watercolor effect on the cake. Additional charge for fresh flowers ~$30, custom acrylic cake toppers ~$40, and custom metallic cardstock cake toppers ~$5

Price estimate for Fondant covered Round cakes:

6″ diameter x 6″ high cake – starts at $130

8″ diameter  x 6″ high cake – starts at $180

10″ diameter x 6″ high cake – starts at $250

The price includes 2D fondant decorations only. Additional charge for 3D fondant toppers, figurines and toys. Price will depend on the complexity of the design you have in mind.

Price estimate for Fondant covered Carved cakes:

Small Funko Pop cake (7″ head) – $300

Large Funko Pop cake (9″ head) – $450

Price estimate for Wedding cakes:

3 tier all real cake – starts at $550 (6″, 8″, 10″ round cakes – all real)

3 tier cake – starts $380 (6″, 8″, 10″ round cakes – only middle tier is the real cake)

What are the factors that influence the cost of my cake?

Cake costings are based on the amount of time that it will take to make your cake, the design, number of serves required and degree of difficulty.
